• My carpet was cleaned and now it has bubbles and ripples in it, what caused this?
  • This is a sign that your carpet needed to be re-stretched before cleaning. This will typically go away as the carpet dries, however if it doesn’t please contact us.
• Can you guarantee that all of the stains & spots will be removed when it is cleaned?
  • Unfortunately we can’t always guarantee 100% spot or stain removal. The type of carpet fibers, their age and everyday wear all play a part when we are unable to completely remove the stains or spots. Most spots and stains come out of the carpets easier if they haven’t been spot treated previously.
• Do I need to vacuum before my carpets are cleaned?
  • It isn’t necessary, but it is highly recommended.
• How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
  • The answer to this depends a lot on the weather conditions. If the weather is hot the carpets typically dry faster than they would in the colder months. Plan on anywhere from 2-4 hours just to be safe. If a ceiling fan is in the room and it can be turned on, it always speeds up the process. We are able to provide fans to cut the dry time in half (for an additional cost) if we are given a heads up beforehand.
• Do you move furniture?
  • We are able to move most furniture depending on the size, at no extra cost. Large & heavy items are easier for us to clean around. We move smaller items where possible and wanted.
